Hi,
I can't register for buying vp4.
I bought vp3 a while back, but don't know my password anymore.
When I request a new pw, I get no email back!

You do not need to register anywhere to buy Virtual Pool 4.
So what you are doing is possibly trying to register for Virtual pool 4 online which is not available at the moment and therefor your prevented from registering.
Just go to the Celeris normal site and click on the buy link for Virtual Pool 4 which is listed on the screen then follow the buying procedure.
When prompted then you fill in your own details and you complete the buying process etc with your payment method and your name and address.
If you are trying to remember a name and password your doing it wrong,trust me.

When buying, i need to provide an email adres.
When I finish of the procedure, it says it nows that email, and asks for a password.

Ah I see the Virtual Pool 4 site is now active.
When i bought my Virtual Pool 4 as part of the purchasing proccess you then enter your email details,Im assuming I was prompted to then create a password.
At that point in time whole site was not active.
There is however a fogot password button which then asks for your original email address so it can update your password for you.
You must have purchased vp3 and creted an account with Celeris when you did that and its that password that you will need.
Think of what email address you were using when you first bought vp3 as its that email address they will be referring to
Try clicking forgot password.
If your still getting issues get back here ok let me know.

The request password doesn't work....
Tried it several times on different browsers.
